SHIPPING POLICY
From September 01 to June 01 there will be an additional charge of $10. This is to cover the costs of the added materials needed to keep your new addition(s) warm during transportation.
In the event your new addition(s) are dead on arrival or within 7 days, we will send a replacement or you will get your money back AFTER proof has been provided.

For those of you that are local, there is always the option to pick up your purchase(s). I am located in St.Pierre, Manitoba. Address will be given upon request. Every Saturday, I drop off orders in Winnipeg, where you can pick up. Address will be provided upon request. In order to be included in this service, orders need to be in by Wednesday at 8pm. This service is an additional $10.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that you want/need to return or exchange your new addition, it needs to be done within 7days and will only be honoured if the animals are in the same condition they were in when they left our care.

Please keep in mind that deposits are non refundable and invoices MUST be paid in full within 30 days. After 30 days the invoice will be null and void.
